Ian Dunlap: Ga Samai
I have been watching the wave effect of how financial literacy has been a big explosion of the masses finding it understandable, relatable, and inspiring within the black community, globally. This has been led by Rashad Bilal, Tory Millings, and Ian Dunlap (The Master investor). I met the group in London, in early 2022 and was amazed at their vibe and energy, even more so as they want to visit Ghana soon.
I decided to create an art piece based on the positive vibes of the time I experienced. A very interesting person with so much ‘VIM’ which is a beautiful form of passion pouring out, of wanting to help the community. I was inspired by the gorgeous bright red hoodie, but also the clarity he provides navigating through ‘complex’ information, for the masses to understand. The dash of red is also for Red Panda! lol
The Ga Samai symbols (I’m my opinion) represent what Earn Your Leisure has communicated to the masses.
The design embraces the Ga Samai collection as a representation of lessons in life.
